NMKT Commercial is headed by Jim McAuliffe, an NC Broker for 30 + years, and acknowledged for previous work in the areas of specialty food retail and innovative restaurant concepts. Mr McAuliffe also has extensive experience in facilities management, design/build, lease negotiations, tax-free exchanges and other aspects of commercial real estate. He belongs to the appropriate commercial real estate organizations and is licensed in both Carolinas. Clients have included Ludwig Industries, Fairfield Development, DJS Design, The SYMCON Group, The Sierra Club, Starnes Pallet, transprint usa, Bruce Julian, Life is Good retail stores, Steve Walker CPA and the Albemarle Oil Company. Mr McAuliffe has been involved as a principal in commercial real estate transactions with Bank of America, BellSouth Corp, The Rouse Company, The Crosland Group and the law firm of James, McElroy and Diehl, among others.
