We make it our business to ask the important questions, even the ones that may not have occurred to the client, and many times are in a position to obtain upfit allowances and other advantageous rental or purchase terms that the buyer or tenant may not even be aware of. Additionally, in almost all cases, there is no fee to the client, as we are compensated by the owner/landlord or its representative, but only after negotiating the best possible outcome for our client.
